The West Olive cottage project began as a renovation, but as we delved into the house, we discovered it lacked a foundation since it was initially built for summer use only. After additional planning, we completed a new tri-level home on Lake Michigan.

In addition to the new build, our team also built a two-1/2-stall garage and a 90-foot walk-out deck to the lake. The home now has plenty of room for the family to enjoy year-round.
