This Grand Rapids home underwent a full renovation by Red Jasper Crafted Homes, designed to reflect the homeowner’s unique style and vision. Red Jasper transformed multiple spaces, including the living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom, while also converting the attic into a spacious primary suite by overseeing the installation of new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. The project was completed in approximately five months.
The home showcases custom elements such as the built-in bookcase in the living room, a breakfast nook bench, and linen cabinetry, designed and constructed by sister company, Tenibac Woodworks. Tenibac also crafted the wood mantel surrounding the custom-designed, full-height Dekton fireplace and the bespoke range hood which compliments the newly installed kitchen cabinets.
The bathroom was upgraded with full tile flooring which transitions into an accent wall. Additionally, new luxury vinyl plank flooring was installed throughout the living room and kitchen, enhancing both durability and aesthetic appeal.
