Red Jasper completed a full remodel of this large beach house in Union Pier. The remodel covered all areas of the home. Our team added a new second-floor bathroom to the guest suite. In addition, an entire redesign of the primary bathroom included a new cantilever for the unique statement tub.
We also rebuilt the primary bedroom balcony with a new membrane, decking, and railing due to a leak in the original home. The entire home received new plumbing, electrical fixtures, paint, wallpaper, doors, trim, and tile and stone tops in all bathrooms. The existing hardwood floors were also patched and refinished for a darker look.
Phase two began in the summer of 2022 and consisted of a complete rework of the lakeside bluff. The transformation of the steep walk to the beach was necessary for easier access, with a funicular leading to the lake. A freeform infinity pool, water gardens spa, new below-grade screened porch, decks, retaining walls, and landscape stone completed this phase.
